Consult Room at Sutherland Vet Clinic; we have a team of friendly, approachable animal lovers who are dedicated to providing the best possible veterinary care for your furry friends.

Our highly-trained veterinarians and vet nurses care deeply about your pet’s well-being, ensuring they receive the best possible attention and treatment. Each pet that visits our practice for a consultation receives a complete physical examination. Consultations provide an opportunity for health checks and advice on issues such as dietary questions or changes in behaviour.

Our standard consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes so we can keep on time. However, if you have multiple problems or haven’t visited the clinic for some time, please let us know so we can schedule a longer appointment for your pet’s care. We pride ourselves on taking time with each pet and owner to ensure you understand what is happening. We take the time to answer your questions and discover all the issues that might affect your pet’s quality of life.

During a consultation, the veterinarian will assess the pet’s health and may recommend further testing if necessary, such as X-rays or blood tests. Our ongoing commitment to the training and development of our veterinarians and nurses ensures that our team has the most up-to-date information to provide the best treatment for your pet.
