“It is difficult to express the depth of our thanks for the world of compassion, knowledge and so much more that is indefinable that you have shown Jess over the years. You are a man who obviously loves his job …”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have emergency appointments?

Pet health is just like our own and never runs to a schedule.  Just like humans need emergency room health care, so can our pets.   If you find your pet sick or injured, contact us immediately inside of business hours and we will do everything we can to fit you in to one of our clinics as soon as possible.

Outside of business hours, we have three 24/7 vet hospitals that we recommend for emergencies.  These hospitals work with us and we can share files and information between us to make sure you and your pet get the best care possible – no matter the time.  These three hospitals are: VSOS: Veterinary Specialists of Sydney, Small Animal Specialist Hospital and Animal Referral Hospital.  Click here for more information and their contact details.

How much does a visit to the vet cost?

This is a very difficult question to answer because of our wide and extensive range of pet care services that we have available.  Our services range from things like dental care, aesthesia procedures, puppy preschool and microchipping, just to name a few.  Each of these services has very different things involved with them and causes pricing to vary between them, too much to give a set visit price.  Pets themselves vary in size, species and need for each procedure, so online quoting is virtually impossible.

If you are concerned about a cost or want more information about a specific procedure, contact our friendly team to find out more information.  They can help provide you more information about what’s involved with your specific situation and give you information on payment options and pet insurance coverage if necessary.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment with us is easy!  You can either call our clinics to find an available time or use our online booking system.

Will my pet be nervous?

We know how much your love your pets and hate to see them in any pain or discomfort.  Just like visiting a doctor, visiting a vet can be a scary experience.  You can trust us to take the best possible care of you and your pet.  Our whole team loves animals and will do everything we can to make you both comfortable.

We also have a wide range of pain relief options to make sure your pet is comfortable and safe during procedures.  Our vets are expert professionals who have the most up-to-date knowledge on modern pet anaesthesia systems and make sure you and your pet have the best possible experience with us.
