Frequently Asked Questions

What if there is an emergency and I need to see a vet right away?

We know that emergencies happen, and our team will work with you to ensure the safety of your pet. We offer same-day care during business hours so if an unexpected issue arises we can take good care on them right away!

There’s always a vet in town to treat your pet when they need it most. 24/7 vet emergency hospitals such as the Veterinary Specialists of Sydney, the Small Animal Specialist Hospital and the Animal Referral Hospital are available to treat clients around the clock.

How much does a vet visit cost?

When you need a vet, every appointment and procedure has different costs. The price of services such as microchipping or preventative care will be less than those that arise in an emergency situation; surgical overnight stay may also fall into this category with regard to animals who are sicker than just needing medication for their symptoms.

Our friendly veterinarian assistants are more than happy to work with you and determine the cost of care for your pets. We have a variety of payment options available, so please contact us if this is something that interests you!

What if I have an anxious pet?

Your pet may be nervous about seeing the vet, but you can rest assured that they’ll receive the care and attention that they deserve. We work hard to make sure every patient feels comfortable during their visit! We use tools like positive psychology to mitigate anxiety and manage your animal’s stress.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our online booking system or by calling one of the local clinics. We’re here for you and will answer directly, without leaving you to figure out menus or phone numbers on your own!
